"Very disappointed with State Farm’s customer service. I’ve tried calling multiple times and no one ever answers the phone. As my insurance provider, I expect at least basic communication. This is unacceptable and frustrating . start you with lower rate and insurance after 1 months The price Go up on the price. Very disappointed"

"I was blown away by the humanity and deep understanding of my needs when Tucker called me for my Quote. I understood from our interaction that I was just not a number but his genuine sense of wanting to make sure I have the best policies for both my home and auto insurance. I highly recommend this office for all your insurance needs and will refer all my friends and family members. Nowadays everyone is programmed to be robotic and just sell without asking the right questions. He took the time and expertise and explain to me everything in detail. I can't wait to call my previous insurance company to cancel my policy after 34 years with no regrets. They did me wrong. "We were with State Farm for the last 3 years but we'll be moving out of the country soon and had to cancel our insurance. Very happy with the service. We originally switched to State Farm because they could offer us a significantly better rate than Progressive. Not only was the rate better but the service also was great. The view times we needed our insurance the communication was great and we could easily request a rental car while our car was in for repairs."
